faithHighway’s Support Center is designed to give faithHighway clients 24 hour access to the most current and helpful information using faithHighway’s many tools. This support center includes six main sections to create a user-friendly atmosphere accessible anytime, anywhere.
The first two items on the Support Center are register and submit a ticket. Clients new to the Support Center will need to register to the site in order to access the extensive ticket system. Registering is simply a matter of providing the contact name, organization name and web address, and then, creating a login id and password. Once logged onto the Support Center, clients have the ability to submit and track tickets for everything from graphics requests to technical difficulties. One of the most helpful features of this ticket system is that while clients are typing in their request, the system pulls in related articles to assist them while waiting for a response from a member of the faithHighway team.
These articles come from another section of the Support Center, the Knowledge Base. This is a collection of articles answering some of the most common questions clients have asked. This is basically a “Frequently Asked Question” section that is organized by category to make finding the answers as easy as possible. The Knowledge Base is closely tied to the Troubleshooter section, which asks clients questions and based on the answer helps them to self-diagnosis and correct issues they are encountering. Another section that is available to assist with issues that may arise is the Downloads section. Here clients can find training walk-throughs, free software for encoding and converting files, as well as flash tutorials that walk to client visually through editing different elements of their website.
The final section of the Support Center is the News sections. Here clients can find out information about what is happening at faithHighway.
While faithHighway staff is here to help clients with any issues they encounter, the Knowledge Base, Trouble Shooter and Downloads provide clients with immediate, 24 hour access to a variety of information sources to assist in all aspects of using faithHighway websites. The Submit a Ticket section, after Registration, allows for clients to not only make requests but to have then in writing, be able to track their progress, and receive a faster response from faithHighway team members. All these elements work together to provide a relevant and cutting edge Support Center unique to faithHighway web clients.
