Introducing faithHighway Feedback Forms

Mon, Jul 16, 2007

General

faithHighway is constantly developing new products and services for our clients. Often times, the ideas for these improvements come from the feedback we have received from existing clients. We are striving to improve not only our products but also our processes. For example, we have already implemented improvements in the following areas over the last several months: new email system, improved the Editor, advanced and increased our production management systems, developed the online Support Center, upgraded our custom design process, our phone support system (being implemented this month), feature upgrades, and so much more!

For this reason, faithHighway is excited to introduce an online feedback submission form which allows for clients, prospective clients, and vendors to make suggestions for improvement and any constructive criticism.

Our management team reviews the feedback on a regular basis and then implements improvements.  This is extremely valuable in shaping faithHighway into the company that our clients want to be partnered with.

We want to take this opportunity to thank all of those who have already contributed their feedback. As a result of clients and vendors taking just a few minutes to let us know what we can do to better serve potential and existing clients, faithHighway is experiencing tremendous growth which in turn is increasing the variety of products and services we are able to offer.

Please take a few minutes to visit faithHighway.com and click on feedback to give us your thoughts. We appreciate all the constructive input we can get.

It is an exciting opportunity to be able to merge my faith with my work. Through my years of working with faithHighway, I have learned, and continue to learn, a multitude of strategies and concepts that when employed, help churches and ministries increase their online potential.
