When anyone calls into faithHighway, they are directed to a phone directory system that exists to help guide clients to the best department to assist them. Since faithHighway is growing by leaps and bounds, this directory is constantly being updated, which keeps Robin Broeker, the voice of faithHighway, busy keeping this information current.
Robin is more than just faithHighway’s voice; she is one of the many Interactive Media Consultants. As a Media Consultant, Robin has the privilege of consulting churches and ministries alike on the need for an effective and interactive website. She has assisted a variety of organizations embrace the World Wide Web as a tool to communicate the message of salvation and truth to their community and the world. Robin has been with faithHighway for just a few months now and is one of the many people who have joined the faithHighway team in recent months as faithHighway’s services and client base has increased.
While Robin is originally from a farm in Indiana, she moved to the Austin area from Colorado where she spent the past 15 years enjoying the great outdoors. She is the mother of 12 year old daughter Lexi. She graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Communications and aspires to perhaps be a professor of literature one day.
Currently, Robin is going through the process of adjusting to living and working in a new city. We all experience periods of transition and Robin has found encouragement in Psalm 57: 1-2, “Be gracious to me, O God, be gracious to me, for my soul takes refuge in You; and in the shadow of Your wings I will take refuge until destruction passes by. I will cry to God Most High, to God who accomplishes all things for me.” Robin hopes that all who are experiencing the growing pains of transition will remember that God is always there and continue to put trust in His providence.
