On behalf of the faithHighway team, I want to thank you for the opportunity to help you accomplish your outreach, in-reach, and up-reach goals through meeting your website and design needs. Last year was a fantastic year, one filled with challenges and opportunities in an atmosphere of exponential growth in every area of faithHighway, and in the year to come, we are expecting to expand opportunities to better serve you through improving your customer experience while attaining the goals to impact your community and influence the lives of your members.
Last year began by sharing with the team the words of Jesus in Matthew 25:29 regarding stewardship and abundance in light of God’s grace, challenging us to be good stewards as our act of faithfulness to do a better job in serving you. In addition to the incredible growth we have experienced as a company, and although constantly looking to better serve you, some of the outstanding improvements include:
-Released www.SermonConnect.com, the most robust, interactive media suite designed for churches/ministries.
-Released the Support Center (www.faithHighway.com/support) to provide you instant, accessible answers to questions regarding how to use your website complete with articles, step-by-step walkthroughs, and animated tutorials.
-Redesigned the production management and file viewing page complete with step-by-step through production, real-time production status, and instant approval process (aka “MyStatus†page).
-Released a new Media Campaign (www.faithhighway.tv) from our Tulsa office to combine broadcast, print, and online media to help churches nationwide better communicate their message and attract more first time visitors.
-Introduced Online Feedback form to allow the faithHighway Executive Team to read and review your suggestions for improvements, new product ideas, or expanded services.
-Added the Success Stories section to our site to encourage other pastors and ministry leaders on how to use the Internet to reach more people and better equip members with the Gospel.
-Bolstered email systems further with additional cutting-edge anti-spam hardware to improved overall email performance.
-Expanded the Development Team to specifically design and deploy more cutting-edge technologies specifically designed for churches and ministries.
-Doubled customer support staff in the areas of technical support, production managers, designers, and programmers to better facilitate turnaround time and fulfill deliverables.
-Launched the Customer Relations Management Team to primarily assist and consult live (vs in production) clients in the areas of content management best practices, online audio/video quality, and marketing as your point-of-contact.
