Tech Support – A peek behind the curtain

General

If you aren’t familiar with us already, you should get to know us. You’d probably like us. And if you are familiar with us, then you still might not realize everything that we do.

You might have encountered us, when you sought more information about the ins-and-outs of one of your website’s tools. You’ve almost certainly got an appreciation for who we are if you’ve had questions about how something is supposed to work. Still, you’ve got to wonder what we are doing, when we aren’t helping you get the biggest bang for your buck.

Most of our time, we are troubleshooting, training, updating the Support Center, or acting as sympathetic reviewers of novice poetry, but there’s a lot more to this job than just those things. Recently, we have been acting as beta-testers for a new fH product that will change the way your whole church operates (sorry, no more details!). Although this might not be highly visible, we have also been working on the early stages of a more stable, more robust, faster email system. We will share more on this later. Lastly, over the past few weekends, we have been installing some new servers that will be the home to the next release of our website development tools. We plan on some major overhauls, all intended to give you more resources.

Of course, we can’t spend all of our time working on projects this glamorous; we also have been working on improving our documentation and user guides. If you’re one of the lucky people to have Sermon Connect, you might have already taken a look at the step-by-step videos Corbin made. And, as always, we will be available via an easy to send ticket at faithhighway.com/support and sermonconnect.com/support. If you plan on sending us your poetry, we won’t be too harsh; after all, this is just one of the services provided by your friendly, neighborhood fH Technical Support Team.

Ciao
