To change your current videos into the required .flv video format there are a few steps:

1. First visit the downloads section of the Support Center and download the file entitled Flash Video Encoder.
2. Install the Riva FLV Encoder that is free on your computer.
3. To convert a file first upload the file you wish to encode in to the “Input Video” section by clicking the “Browse” button.
4. Next select where you want the file to be saved at on you computer by clicking the second “Browse” button.
5. In the right panel of the program the following settings need to be set up.
   Movie Size = 320×240 (selected in the drop down menu)
   Bitrate = 220 (you will need to type this in)
6. After these have been changed you are ready to encode the file. Just click the “FLV Encode” button at the bottom center.
7. You now have a .flv video to upload to Sermon Connect.
