General

Andre Clemons, or Dre as we call him, is one of the multimedia designers here at faithHighway. As such he:

  • Consults with clients on their website design
  • Designs website comps and flash animation
  • Designs and prepares print media for t-shirts, business cards, and logos
  • Works directly with faithHighway account managers to help problem solve graphic and flash programming.

These are all part of the responsibilities of faithHighway’s design team.

andre-picIn addition to design work, Dre has a passion for other creative activities. He loves making music, videos, and short films. In 2006, Dre and his wife moved to Austin to pursue further education in the film industry as directors and screenwriters. They have actually known each other since they were little kids in the Bay Area of California.

“Our grandparents knew each other before we were born. Now that we’re adults and married, it’s pretty cool to look back and see us growing up and the journey of our families. I think it’s because of our families that Cheri and I are the perfect team to create great films and stories for the big screen.”

Dre’s favorite scripture is Galatians 5:1,

“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”

This is an encouraging reminder of the great gift Christ has given us and the good news that Dre strives to help churches and ministries share with the world through well-designed websites and print medium.

It is an exciting opportunity to be able to merge my faith with my work. Through my years of working with faithHighway, I have learned, and continue to learn, a multitude of strategies and concepts that when employed, help churches and ministries increase their online potential.
