General

In the transition to the New Year, faithHighway has transitioned to a completely redesigned website. Just as we often advise our clients to revise the look and feel of their websites as their ministries grow and change, so have we revamped and reorganized to better emphasize all the features we can offer you. As you explore the new website, you might feel inspired to rethink your own site’s design. Whether you want to add a new tool, design a new logo, or completely restructure and redesign your site, you can contact your account manager to learn more about your options.

One such account manager is Susie Monroe. Susie has worked for faithHighway for almost two years. When asked about working at faithHighway as an account manager, she shared this:

I like to think that my job is to have a relationship with our clients and to assist them with any of their needs: issues, questions or updates to their sites. We are the facilitator to get the job done! I have many close relationships with my clients. I not only get to know them in their leadership positions but as friends. I love hearing praise reports on what is happening in their churches and ministries but also am there to pray with them in times of need.

Susie is also busy building meaningful relationships outside of church. She has been married ten years and has two sons. Her major hobby is being a mom. Whether as a Cub Scout Den Leader, camping with her boys, or just being motherly to those around her, Susie is a mom at heart.

Susie’s enthusiasm in her professional and personal life stems from her love for the Lord. Her favorite scripture is

“Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

From this grows her life motto:

“Always to have a joyful heart…make a joyful noise. I am known to be the cheerleader…always looking on the brighter side of things.”

As you look at your ministry, we hope you too will look to the brighter side of things. Contact your own account manager today to let them help you show off your ministry in the best possible light.

It is an exciting opportunity to be able to merge my faith with my work. Through my years of working with faithHighway, I have learned, and continue to learn, a multitude of strategies and concepts that when employed, help churches and ministries increase their online potential.
