Together, we achieved much because of the combination of a highly dedicated and passionate team, working with the best customers, like you, who continue to present great ideas and push us to further innovate…once again, THANK YOU!
At the start of 2008, we announced service improvements that included the following to better serve you: doubling of our customer care teams, adding more online feedback communication points, increasing our development team to build better software solutions, and bolstering email systems to improve overall performance. Although improvements have been made, we are constantly looking to better serve you, some of the more significant service improvements this year include:
- Creation of online training videos on how to better use your website tools, located at www.faithhighway.com/tutorials.
- Creation of online training videos specifically for each feature of the award winning media center, Sermon Connect, located at www.sermonconnect.com/videotutorials/index.html.
- Improved monitoring and reporting of the support ticket system by lowering response times to less than 4 hours with 98% resolved within a 24 hour period.
- Expansion of the Support Center, located at www.faithHighway.com/support, through increase in Knowledgebase Articles, Downloads, and Troubleshooters.
In addition to service improvements, some exciting product enhancements and new solutions include:
- Release of the Sermon Flow interface (see demo), an additional media presentation option of the award winning Sermon Connect church media center, which now allows clients to have 3 unique, custom media presentation sites as well as a more advanced media statistics system.
- Offering full array of custom Design Services, ranging from Identity Packages (letterhead, business cards, etc) to Branding Packages (billboards, banners, theater ads, door hangers, etc.) to Campaigns (promoting events, outreaches, message series, etc.) in order to help you build awareness and name recognition in your community.
- Offering full array of Print Fulfillment, such as turnkey direct mail services, vinyl banners, bulletin shells & inserts, invite cards, door hangers, etc.
- Release of the Group Content Manager, which allows for more organized, cleaner presentation of your website content.
- Offering Dynamic Content Feeds (media, blog posts, comments, news, and events) throughout your website to allow for additional functionality and interactivity.
Finally, in addition to service improvements and offerings, some new resources are now available:
- Successful launch of www.MediaOutreach.com, a blog to offer ideas, inspiration, dialogue, and community on how to leverage the power of technology to significantly influence culture and reach more people.
- Publishing of our first white paper, “Creating a Good Website: A Guide to Achieving Outreach Objectives Online”
- Launched a dedicated e-zine for the thousands of Sermon Connect media center clients to inform, equip, and inspire with past articles archived in the blog (click here)
- Revised the main e-zine to allow for great articles such as First Impressions and Pastor 2 Pastor.
- Launch of the new faithHighway site, www.faithHighway.com, to better resource, inform, and encourage pastors and church leaders nationwide and in dozens of countries worldwide.
With 2009 underway, a few things to expect from faithHighway in the upcoming year:
- faithHighway360: a 100% web-based church software to manage all of your church’s activity, ranging from volunteers, members, new visitors, donations, attendance tracking, groups, events, calendaring, email systems, file storage, and more!
- iConnect360: is a driving force in bringing events and other personalized content to the church member dashboard through a branded social networking environment that is integrated with your website!
- Content Services: offering a content service solution that takes the message that you want to give to your audience and package it in a way that matches the rest your site, following our 25 points of best practices to excellent content management and SEO!
- Additional white papers and published materials to help further consult, inspire, and build community, as well as a continued commitment to improve our customer care and value-add in all of our solutions and offerings.
