I just wanted to let you know that on two occasions Evan (sorry don’t know his last name) in support has assisted me with excellence! He has proven himself to be both patient, caring and understanding – eager to assist in areas not even in his portfolio. I don’t come across his type much when talking to support in various companies, he really stands out!
