For 5 years as a Pastor, I have remained in my comfort zone, yet I know I&#039;m really not operating on my strength zone. Sticking to the existing culture of my Church seem less demanding than the needed re-structuring. I guess from today, what must be done, must be done. Thanks for the write-up. </description>
