Final Grade: This site had confusing navigation, broken links, uninteresting design, and outdated and irrelevant content. Overall, the visitor found this site lacking on all fronts.  ____________________________________________________________________________________

“I also found parts of the site very difficult to navigate. For example, the only way I was able to find more information about Sunday School was to type “class” into the search field. This brought up a menu on the left which included directions. Directions are helpful. However, these were very difficult to find, and impossible without knowing to use the search feature.”
While for the most part the site functioned well, the visitor noted that the “online sermon link was broken. Women’s ministry information was not available, many features of the site one must register to have access to. […] As a woman who has been curious about this church but is not informed in any way, this was most disappointing.”
The visitor found many errors in the text of the site and felt that it was not geared towards a wide demographic. In addition to this, “the Prayer Request page was about 5 months out of date.”
As our visitor explored the site, she found it to be, “functional, but with little visual appeal.”  Also it did not seem to be designed with the visitor in mind.

What is your overall first impression of this site?

“That it was basic, somewhat outdated in look, and seemed to be geared for the 40+ community.”

What would make this site better?

“Accurate, functional links in all areas. I also think information on what to expect for a first-time visitor would be very helpful. I saw no information geared towards the 20-30s crowd, either married or single. If this is a community you’d like to target, I might recommend something geared towards that bracket.”

Would you visit this church based on the site?

“Maybe. Maybe not.”
