Trendy Tuesday

#thenines- an online conference that happened on 9-9-09. Each pastor/ministry leader spoke for 9 minutes. Did you watch? Did you have a favorite speaker?

Monopoly City- an interactive game that Google launched which allows players to any street in the world, build neighborhoods.  This could be the world’s largest Monopoly game.

Beatles- If you enjoy playing Rock Band- then hold on to your seats because you can now buy the Beatle’s version of Rock Band.

Kanye West- Kanye interrupted Taylor Swift’s speech Sunday night at the MTV VMA awards on TV. Fans were disgusted by his action and let the world know via  Twitter.

<insert your sport’s team here>-  Sunday night football- I really didn’t care who won in the Chicago/ Green Bay Packer’s game. Jay Cutler is my QB for my fantasy league and Green Bay is my defensive team. Overall, I was satisfied with the outcome of the game.

#iwish- Tweets about things you wish you could change.

Twitter Anymore-
Twitter is trying to keep it’s product clean by cracking down on bots, impersonators and bad behavior.  Hopefully you’ll see less spam. Twitter’s new terms of service also state that you own your tweets.

Serena Williams- She lost her temper during the semi-finals of the US Open and was fined a hefty fee for unsportsmanlike conduct. Ouch! Keep your racket to yourself, next time.
