Today, Greg talks about how you can successfully recruit volunteers for your church website. Many churches tend to run into the same pitfall of not knowing their membership’s passions and make assumptions about where people can/should serve. Greg gives some advice how to avoid this to have a successful volunteer pool.
I'm a Texan through and through and have been married for 7 years to the coolest woman ever and have 2 dogs who try my patience and teach me about life on a daily basis. I am a bit of an oddball and have a unique perspective on life.

Thank you for the great tips i would add a suggestion though purchase a cheap lav mic such as the atr35s/3350 http://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-ATR3350-Omni... They are very affordable and will improve the audio quality a ton on your vidcast.
Thanks Eric! I actually was a radio/TV production major in college, so I definitely agree it would be helpful! Maybe I can ask faithHighway for Christmas for one!!! Thanks for the comment! Are you a pastor at a church? How do y'all manage your volunteers?
