Have you considered highlighting your ministry teams? One of the most overlooked people group are usually those working in your church.
They are the kids workers, the ushers, the greeters, the youth leaders, the audio/video team. Think about getting a group picture of everyone on that team. Then, during a service, project that picture or put it in the bulletin and highlight how amazing it is to have such great workers. You may even go the extra mile and get them a small gift card or buy them lunch.
Here is the hidden value of doing this. It obviously gives you a chance to highlight each ministry area and provide recognition for great effort. It also lets you subliminally highlight a ministry area and recruit more peopel to work in those areas.
People don’t always know every area of ministry in the church. They don’t always know who is doing what. By putting that picture up and highlighting that information, you are accomplish so much in such a small way.
